DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
In the event of large orders, unique and or bulky items, there may be requirement in certain situations to adjust the initial quoted delivery costs. You will be notified promptly should the situation require. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY
Please note that our domestic orders are generally sent through Australia Post. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Unforseen supply problems, or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING
For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect these duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered by you, in order for your package to clear customs.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE!! From point of purchase for international orders you will need to please allow from 10-20 working days for the shipment to reach you. As the post is standard air mail it may take a longer time than normal as all orders are shipped from Australia. Thank you for your patience. We cannot be held responible for any damage incurred by the post nor can we be held liable for the posts extended delays in getting your order to you.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. Please understand the transmission of this information to us may affect estimated delivery times.
