We do not accept returns on CD's, DVD'S, Vinyl, or other fragile items. All goods are packed in perfect condition and if any items are found damaged on arrival, a dispute with the delivery service shall be entered into. If you find your product is delivered damaged, please CONTACT US immediately.
Please contact us prior to your intention of returning goods purchased from this site.
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and our online store manager. Items returned by the recipient are at their own expense.
Please include all the original return postage receipts.
